Eligibility
Open to all artists at least 18 yrs. of age. Exception: Artists currently represented by Paula Barr Chelsea.
Eligible entries include oil paintings, water media, pastels, graphics, prints, photography and sculpture in any medium. No video or film.
Both the height and width of work, including frame, may not exceed 30 inches.
No wall hung sculpture. Sculptors must provide sculpture stand with a maximum footprint of 24" x 24". Maximum weight of sculpture: 50 pounds.
Acceptance
Accepted work may be refused if it does not conform to the image entry, at the Juror's discretion. No substitutions of accepted works will be allowed. All accepted work must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibit.
Sales
The gallery will take no commission on any work sold during the exhibition. Work need not be for sale (it may be marked "N.F.S."). No "P.O.R." sales.
Entry Guidelines
To be eligible for consideration, the entrant must fist submit the $40 (USD) entry fee through our secure shopping cart located at paulabarrchelsea.com/payments.html. The fee allows for the submission of up to four (4) images. Additional images may be submitted for an added fee of $5 (USD) per image. There is no limit on the number of images that may be submitted (1 JPEG for each work).
Upon receipt of the entry fee, PaulaBarr Chelsea will email you with the secured email address where you can send your image files, as well as guidelines for labeling your files. Judging will be done from JPEGS ONLY. No slides, powerpoint presentations, website links, or other incorrect submission formats will be considered.
Digital images must be JPEG files which can be read by a PC and a MAC. JPEG images should not exceed 800 by 800 pixels in any dimension with a dpi of 72, and should have a maximum file size of 750 KB. Please label the subject line of the e-mail with your name and label each JPEG image with Last Name, First Name and Title Number that corresponds with that image on the Entry Form and Notification Card, as follows:

Delivery
All work must be suitably framed, wired and ready for hanging, or installation. Graphics, prints, watercolors, photographs and pastels must be framed under plexiglass or glass.
1. Hand delivered work will be accepted at the gallery ONLY on Sunday, October 12th and Monday, October 13th from 12 PM until 5:30 PM. Packaging must be removed from the gallery at the time of delivery.
2. Shipped work must arrive at the gallery between Monday, October 6th and Friday, October 10th, in a reusable container. A prepaid waybill for its return must be enclosed. Please make pre-paid shipping arrangements through the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FED-EX, or DHL. COD RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
